We are a thriving non-denominational, multi-generational church of 800+ in average weekly attendance located in Niles, OH (Northeast OH). Ours is a true ‘4-season’ community set only fifteen minutes from Youngstown State University and downtown Youngstown, an hour from both Cleveland & Pittsburgh, and three hours from Buffalo, NY.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a full-time Kids Ministry Director to lead a steadily growing ministry for kids, ages 6-weeks through 5th grade. Our current ministry experience includes 150+ kids weekly, 70+ volunteer staff, a kids wing of 8 classrooms (with an additional $150K in dynamic upgrades coming from March to June 2023).
The ideal candidate would bring a dynamic blend of experience, leadership, teamwork, creativity, and innovation to both enhance and expand our current ministry. Please review our job description for a more detailed picture of the role.
