After pastoring for over 30 years, in 2013, Rodney Agan felt called to step into the role of being a missionary to the marketplace. He has spent over 35 years leading growing organizations and non-profits and has been a leader of leaders. Dr. Agan is the Founder/CEO of Connexus Group a “Business Success Agency” specializing in the disciplines of executive coaching, corporate culture-shaping, and leadership development. Connexus works with clients across many different industries.
He is also the founder and Chief Encouragement Officer of Connexus Global, a non-profit with the mission of “Developing Leaders and Changing Lives Internationally.”
