1. Read 2 Timothy 3 together as a group. Unpack this text of scripture together. What stands out as you read through it?

2. Look specifically at 2 Timothy 3:16. Focus specifically on these words : “all scripture is God-breathed”. Why is this so crucial and how does misunderstanding of this cause people to read the Bible inaccurately?

3. Look specifically at the second half of verse 16: “and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” Discuss the different areas that the Bible is so useful in our lives. In your life personally, how has reading scripture changed your life and helped you look more like Jesus?

4. Read Hebrews 4:12 together as a group. Unpack this text together. What stands out as you read through it?

5. Read 2 Timothy 3:17 together as a group. Discuss what being “thoroughly equipped for every good work” looks like in our daily lives.

6. For personal reflection, discuss where you’re at in your daily devotional reading of the scriptures. In what ways can you grow and how can the group hold one another accountable?
