Just Do It

Mar 16, 2025    Pastor Michael White

In this message, we're challenged to rethink our understanding of church conflict and our roles within the body of Christ. The story from Acts 6 serves as a pivotal example of how early Christians addressed internal issues. Instead of allowing disagreements to divide them, the apostles empowered the congregation to solve the problem. This teaches us that conflict, when handled properly, can actually strengthen the church and lead to growth. We're reminded that the mark of true Christianity isn't the absence of conflict, but how swiftly and willingly we resolve it. This message urges us to shift our perspective from seeing pastors as problem-solvers to recognizing our own calling as ministers. Just as the apostles equipped the early church, we too are called to 'just do it' - to step up and serve, using our God-given wisdom and the Holy Spirit's guidance. This approach not only builds unity but also leads to spiritual maturity and church growth.
