1. Read Matthew 5:8 together as a group. What does it look like to be pure of heart and to see God?
2. Read Matthew 23:1-7 & 25-26 together as a group. What stands out in this passage of Scripture?
3. Look specifically at Matthew 23:25-26. The warning here is that we need to be internally clean, which leads to being clean on the outside. Why is this so important in our lives?
4. Read Psalm 51:10 together as a group. In what ways does God create in us a clean heart? In what ways do you need to let God work in your life right now?
